Our Children’s Ministry exists to see our kids become Spirit-filled disciples who know they are the Beloved of God because of Christ alone. We hope to cultivate a group of children who know that their worth is not defined by their behavior but rather by Jesus’ work. We strive to teach our children to have an incredible confidence in Christ and naturally share the Gospel with others. Also, we want our children to know that they are loved by God, and an important part of our church community.
At Beloved Kids, we welcome children 1 year old and up to come and join us in the classroom. Your child will be met by one of our many awesome volunteers. All our volunteers have undergone interviews as well as background checks to ensure your child’s safety and care. Children’s Ministry takes place every week during our Sunday service, as well as during special church events. At Beloved, we welcome youth 12 and up to worship alongside their parents in the main auditorium.
Every week your child will:
- Interact with Christ-centered volunteers who all have a heart for seeing children transformed by the Gospel.
- Hear an engaging Bible story.
- Participate in hands-on activities and crafts to take home, which will help the kids remember what they learned on Sunday.
New Family Registration
Before your child can join us in Beloved Kids, you will need to register them at our check-in station. You will be asked to provide name, birthdate, a contact number in case of emergency, and any special instructions such as allergies. After checking them in, you and your child will be given matching security tags unique to your family. Your child will be given a name tag to wear with a series of numbers which will match the series on the tag you will be given. Please make sure to hold onto this tag, as you will need to present it at the end of service before your child is released to you.
